We currently ship to select countries within Europe. If your location is eligible, you will see the available shipping options at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location and local courier services. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen issues.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey in real time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Meow Dreams is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or marked as return-to-sender, we’ll refund the cost of the item but retain any shipping-related costs.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@meowdreams.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We’ll assess the situation and provide a replacement if eligible.
