We want you to love your order from Meow Dreams! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@meowdreams.com or through our Contact Us page. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, as well as custom or personalized products, personal care items like beauty or hygiene products, and any hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out to us—we're happy to help.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
